We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Printing Associate to support our printing, logistics, and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for producing teaching materials, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring our learning centres receive the resources they need on time.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrinting & Production
Operate high-volume printers and finishing equipment to produce teaching and marketing materials.
Print, collate, pack, and label materials according to distribution schedules.
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of printing equipment.
Logistics & Warehouse
Deliver printed materials and supplies to learning centres.
Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and inventory management.
Assist with stock-taking and maintain accurate inventory records.
Prepare delivery documents and support invoicing processes.
Assist with the setup and relocation of learning centres, including transporting and arranging furniture and equipment.
Requirements
NITEC or equivalent technical qualification.
Valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
Experience operating printers or production equipment is an advantage.
Basic troubleshooting skills for office equipment such as printers, laptops, and projectors.
Physically fit and able to lift and move equipment and furniture.
Good organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required.
