Responsibilities
• Quantity measurement / taking off
• Prepare monthly progress claims
• Prepare and track VO
• Subcontractor claims
• Assist EOT / contractual claims
• Tender & quotation evaluation
• Cost / budget monitoring
• Prepare work orders & LOA
• Follow up certificate & payments
• Coordinate with Site, QS, Consultant & Subcontractor
