Job Requirements
- Applicants must be willing to work at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
- Able to check construction works progress at site & work at height
- Posses AutoCAD skill
- Matured, positive minded, responsible & reliable
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Must have valid CIDB Green Card
- Knowledge of Roof / Metal Roof, Sales, Sketch Up, Revit (3D Modelling) software, Photoshop & other relevant software, certified in CIDB act will be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Document/ Report Preparation & Review including but not restricted to tender, bills of quantities, contract, costing, reports & analysis.
- Handle shop drawing submission, As-built drawing.
- Prepare materials order.
- Projects coordination
- Monitor construction materials & quantity
- Ensure final drawing work comply with contract, regulations and quality standards'.
