Professional Job Description

PERSOL is recruiting a CRM Executive to support customer relationship management activities, coordinate CRM system enhancements, and improve customer engagement across retail markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support CRM system administration and enhancement activities.
• Coordinate CRM initiatives across different markets.
• Analyze customer data and campaign performance.
• Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Prepare CRM reports and performance updates.
• Assist with system testing and data management.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in CRM, retail, marketing, or business systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and customer data management.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
