We're Hiring: AI Digital Operations Executive

Location: Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia

Are you passionate about AI, digital tools, websites, and building smarter business systems?

CASS is looking for an AI Digital Operations Executive to work closely with our Founder and support the digital transformation of our business.

This is not a traditional IT support or software engineering role. You will work across our digital ecosystem, including CASS Website, *************, Chance OS, knowledge management, AI workflows and digital operations.

Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Previous work experience is not required. We value curiosity, learning agility, attention to detail and ownership.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and improve company websites

• Publish blogs, case studies and landing pages

• Manage digital assets and documentation

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini daily

• Assist with GitHub and Vercel deployments

• Support SEO, Google Analytics and Search Console

• Create internal SOPs and knowledge documentation

• Improve AI workflows and digital operations

• Monitor and support Chance OS digital operations

• Monitor AI agent workflows used for social media and digital marketing

We're Looking For Someone Who Is
