Job Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions and final salary payments.

• Administer employee benefits, medical claims, insurance coverage and leave management.

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and statutory requirements.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and payroll documentation.

• Prepare HR reports, payroll summaries and statutory report.

• Support employee engagement activities.

• Coordinate training and development programs and maintain training records.

• Handle workplace accident and workmen injury compensation claims, including claim submissions, liaising with insurance agents, monitoring claim status, and maintaining claim and work injury records.

• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, insurance, and workplace injury matters.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Human Resource Management.

• Possess good Employment Act knowledge.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar job scope.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software.

• Pleasant and positive personality with enthusiasm to learn.

• Must be a team player.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
