Junior Wealth Manager (HNW Clients)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Wealth Manager to join our high-net-worth wealth management team.

You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced Senior Wealth Managers who specialise in serving affluent and high-net-worth clients. This role offers practical exposure to client relationship management, financial planning, portfolio reviews, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior Wealth Managers in managing and servicing high-net-worth client relationships.

• Assist with financial needs analysis, portfolio reviews, client proposals, and meeting preparation.

• Learn to recommend suitable solutions for wealth accumulation, protection, retirement, and legacy planning.

• Monitor financial markets and relevant investment trends.

• Support client follow-ups, documentation, and ongoing service matters.

• Assist with prospecting, networking, and new client acquisition activities.

• Develop the skills and knowledge required to manage client relationships independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or local polytechnic diploma.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited financial services experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills.

• Interest in financial markets, wealth management, and client relationship management.

• Proactive, driven, client-focused, and willing to learn.

• Able to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

• Experience in banking, financial services, sales, or customer service would be an advantage.
