The Role

The Regional Assistant Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting regional sales operations, managing dealer and distributor relationships, monitoring business performance, and identifying growth opportunities within the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and business partners.
• Monitor sales performance and dealer network effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Identify market opportunities through competitor analysis, market intelligence, and customer insights.
• Support the implementation of sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.

Ideal Candidate

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Dealer Management, Channel Sales, or Commercial Operations.
• Experience working with distributors, channel partners, dealerships, or franchise networks is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel as required.
