We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Officer to support our procurement and facility management functions, ensuring smooth daily operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in procurement processes, tender management, and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective and compliant purchasing.

• Support facility operations, including maintenance coordination, equipment procurement, asset management, and renovation projects.

• Monitor budgets, prepare reports (KPI, governance, and maintenance), and maintain accurate documentation for audits and management reviews.

• Respond to emergencies and oversee safety protocols, including fire safety and drills.

• Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely service delivery and contract compliance.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for procurement, supply chain, and facility management systems.

About you

• Minimum Diploma qualification.

• Possess a good command of English; ability to review contracts and legal terms.

• Prior experience in healthcare is an advantage.

• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.

• Proactive, solution-driven, with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.

• Adaptable to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
