Responsibilities

• To arrange site set-up

• To liaise with clients, main-con, suppliers and other sub-contractors

• To attend project meetings and to coordinate effectively

• To plan manpower and to supervise the workforce to the maximum productivity

• To be familiar with government tender submission

• To monitor the project to complete in timely manner

• To prepare project progressive claims and variation orders

• To handle documentation process

• To well-understand on contracts and terms and conditions within the contracts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 1 years working experience in Singapore construction field

• Preferred expertise in ACMV works
