About the Roles

Join a Building Materials company as a Quantity Surveyor based in Senoko, supporting aluminium facade and glazing projects in a permanent role. This position offers a basic salary of up to $4,500, performance bonus, and a structured 6-day work week from Monday to Saturday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, valuations, and financial reports for aluminium facade and glazing projects.
• Manage contract matters with suppliers and subcontractors, including negotiation and administration.
• Track project budgets, cash flow, and cost movements to support effective cost control.
• Advise project managers and stakeholders on technical and commercial matters.
• Ensure project activities align with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely project delivery within budget.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and achieve cost efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Relevant Quantity Surveyor experience in the construction industry, preferably involving aluminium facade and glazing projects.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, contract administration, and cost management.
• Able to use quantity surveying software and other relevant digital tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively in a team and manage deadlines.
• Familiar with local construction industry regulations and standards.
