Responsibilities
Independently assess patients and implement appropriate physiotherapy treatment plans.
Communicate and collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and billing records.
Adhere to clinical, professional, and service standards.
Recognise scope of practice and seek support when required.
Participate in case conferences and departmental projects.
Manage therapy equipment and maintain inventory.
Contribute to staff training, educational talks, workshops, and seminars.
Develop and review clinical protocols, SOPs, and guidelines for hospital-at-home services.
Support clinical service development, promotion, and quality improvement.
Assist with staff induction and supervise physiotherapy students.
Maintain continuous professional development and clinical competence.
Requirements:
Recognized Degree in Physiotherapy.
Fully registered with the AHPC.
Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy within a rehabilitation, outpatient, or clinical setting is preferred.
Good clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
