• Implementing and deploying the strategic plan as defined by the companyand local management
• Authority to give orders anddisciplinary guidance toemployees of all responsibleproduction departments.
• Achievement of medium and longterm operational targets as defined.
• Keep Superior informed about possible threats and or opportunities.
• Develop and shape the responsible organization‘s culture in line with the strategy of the local business unit as defined by local management team.
• Develop annual budgets and ensure the operation runs efficiently and within budget. Ensure budgets and costing are meetingbusiness requirements and needs
• Derive tactical and operationalmeasures, actions andprojects from the companysstrategy . Ensure itsimplementation to meet targets.
• Determine necessary resourceallocation and proper reportstructure within departments. Ensure the overall operational sustaining of responsible departments to meet business needs.
• Participation, implementation, and administration of integrated continuous quality/performance improvement and cost/efficiency programs for the operations.
• To drive and meet all requirements regarding quality performance, safety, operation stability, reliability, productivity and cost.
• Ensure ongoing development and refinement for processes and procedures, i.e. technological development considering equally ecological and economic aspects.
• Ensure new product/process/equipment are able to release for HVM and optimized in the best optimum condition for sustaining and development of the business Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations of the management manual. Ensure execution are in full compliance with company rules and expectation
• Ensure implementation of the necessary technologies into mass production after development and qualification by TD Engineering for K1 Production. Ensure new technology is able to phase into HVM with zero excursion and meet all operational and quality requirement
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. To meet all requirements regarding safety, quality, stability, reliability, productivity and cost.

Requirements:

• Degree from university
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimating.
• Min 10 years of experience in management position of Production/ EquipmentMaintenance/Process Engineering department in related industry andhandled >500 employees.
• Substrate/PCB/semiconductor/OSAT related industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicatewith a wide range of individuals.
• Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritising, andscheduling work assignments.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking and acting.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM28,000.00 per month
