Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibility :

  • Troubleshoot power supplies failure to identify root cause and provide repair.

  • Perform test, diagnose problems, do repair for defective units.

  • Provide post and pre-sale support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer’s needs.

Job Requirements :

  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), as this role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking customers

  • Minimum Diploma in Electronics or a related field

  • Preferably with experience in power supply repair

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset
