The Opportunity

We are rolling out a whitelabelled version of our proprietary CRM platform (StratCRM) for a pharmaceutical company based in Seoul, South Korea. We are looking for a bilingual (English + Korean) freelance Project Delivery Manager to act as the operational bridge between our Singapore-based technical team and the Korean client stakeholders.

This is a flexi-time, remote engagement - ideal for someone who wants meaningful project ownership without a full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary delivery point of contact between Stratagile and the client's Seoul-based team
• Coordinate rollout timelines, requirements gathering, UAT cycles, and issue resolution
• Bridge communication between English-speaking technical teams and Korean-speaking client stakeholders
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates
• Support business/process alignment between the client's operations and the CRM platform configuration
• Facilitate user training, onboarding documentation, and change management where needed
• Escalate technical blockers and coordinate with the development team for resolution

Requirements

• (Must Have) Bilingual fluency in English and Korean
• Based in Seoul or otherwise able to work Korea business hours (KST)
• Prior experience in project or delivery management, ideally involving software, CRM, or SaaS implementations
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across cultures
• Strong organisational, communication, and client-facing skills
• Basic understanding of business process management and digital transformation concepts
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Veeva, or similar) is a strong plus
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a bonus

Engagement Details

• Type: Freelance/Contract - Flexi-time, Remote
• Commitment: Approximately 1-2 hours per day
• Start Date: Immediate onboarding
• Duration: Ongoing (project-based, with potential for extension/conversion)
• Rate: Competitive - based on experience (open to discussion)
