Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-spectrum HR & Administration, including payroll, employee records and HR documentation
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding
• Provide HR advisory support to employees and management across the Group
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and domestic inquiries
• Support employee engagement, welfare, talent retention and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and statutory requirements
• Support HR and CSER audits by preparing relevant documentation
• Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives, benefits and process improvements

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any field
• Leadership and communication
• Minimum 3-5 years related experience
• Welcome Fresh Graduate for Junior role

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
