Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care according to established clinical standards and hospital policies.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional conditions accurately.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and minor surgical interventions.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any abnormalities or emergencies.
- Educate patients and family members regarding medications, treatment plans, post-discharge care, and health promotion.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient medical records.
- Ensure infection prevention and control practices are consistently followed.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment, treatment rooms, and nursing supplies.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing intervention when required.
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, nursing audits, and continuous professional development.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with all healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and visitors.
- Perform any other nursing duties assigned by the Head Nurse or Management.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing Board Malaysia.
- Possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
- Post Basic Nursing qualification (e.g., ICU, OT, Emergency, Paediatrics, Dialysis, Midwifery) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or specialist healthcare setting is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in inpatient wards, outpatient specialist clinics, operating theatre (OT), emergency department (ED), intensive care unit (ICU), or day care services are highly encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates with strong clinical competencies, a positive learning attitude, and valid nursing registration may also be considered.
- Sound knowledge of professional nursing practices, patient safety standards, and evidence-based clinical care.
- Competent in patient assessment, medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and infection prevention and control.
- Ability to recognize patient deterioration and respond appropriately to medical emergencies.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), hospital information systems (HIS), and clinical documentation standards is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Malaysian healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality, and professional nursing ethics.
- Possession of a valid driving licence and access to personal transportation is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
