Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform routine swimming pool cleaning and servicing at customer sites.
- Test and maintain swimming pool water quality according to company procedures.
- Handle and use pool chemicals safely.
- Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, chlorinators and related systems.
- Identify and report equipment faults or maintenance issues.
- Carry out basic repair and maintenance work when required.
- Record service work, water test results and maintenance activities accurately.
- Follow company safety procedures and proper chemical-handling practices.
- Communicate professionally with customers while carrying out service work.
- Travel to different customer sites as required.
- Perform other technical duties assigned by the supervisor.
