Full Time Part Time Service Crew (JEM) Jobs, in FIELDNOTES Jurong East - Ricebowl

Min commitment for 6 months - 3 days per week, 6 hours per shift including 1 weekend

Job Scope:

• Represent the outlet in all day to day operational needs
• Receiving of all online cake order collection and checking through to make sure everything is provisioned for
• Ensuring the display of cakes is full, neat and well displayed; and continuously topping it up
• Packing of cakes, cashiering, opening and closing duties, providing the best in-store customer experience and customer service
• Assist with administrative handling of general and order-related enquiries via various platforms (including phone calls, online orders, email enquiries and IG DMs), and ensuring smooth and seamless pre and post-sales customer service.
• Manage and resolve all customer service recovery issues
• Managing inventory and doing ordering to ensure stocks are sufficient
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of store
• Any other duties when necessary

Salary:

• $13/ hour before CPF
