Position            : Project Executive

Department    : Project Implementation & Control (PIC)

Salary : Start from RM 2, 500.00

Location : Bangsar South, KL

Job Descriptions:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist in planning, implementation, tracking, completion of assigned projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. Ensure adherence to project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with internal resources and external contractors, suppliers and customers to deliver projects in timely manner.
3. Project Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure all necessary documents are well prepared, signed, and chop then pass to the relevant parties for record purpose.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and adhere to industry’s best practices and quality standards.
5. Continuous Improvement: Apply project management best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
6. Project Assessment: Assess potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
7. Tracking & Update: Apply effective tracking methods to manage project timeline and resources while maintaining delivery quality. Provide regular project updates and reports to teams, management as well as customers.
8. Compliance & Governance: Adhere to company rules and regulations, including frameworks, SOPs, and guidelines.
9. Adhoc Assignment: Assist and handle any ad-hoc tasks as required and/or assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven 2-3 years of experience in project management within IT or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of project development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
• Excellent time management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Project Management or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Able to travel across Klang Valley for meetings or site visits.
