We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant
operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and effectively manage the restaurant team.
Work closely with Directors and Management to achieve business objectives.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Monitor and follow up on restaurant maintenance and repair issues.
Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service standards.
Manage staff scheduling, time management, and workforce productivity.
Handle administrative duties, including reports, documentation, and paperwork.
Oversee POS operations and ensure accurate daily transactions.
Manage supplier relationships, purchasing, and inventory ordering.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food hygiene, and safety regulations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and operational excellence.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar restaurant management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and team management.
Experience in supplier management, inventory control, and POS systems.
Good time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in back-of-house operations & banquet will be an added advantage.
Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
