Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Process full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions to ensure accurate financial flow
• Manage full sets of accounts by entering data into accounting systems and organizing financial documents
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial forecasts to support business decisions
• Submit quarterly GST filings in compliance with statutory requirements
• Generate periodic financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements, for internal and external stakeholders
• Present financial data clearly to managers, investors, and other relevant parties to facilitate informed decision-making
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records to support audit readiness and financial integrity
• Conduct audits and investigate discrepancies to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Calculate taxes accurately to meet regulatory obligations

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills applied to financial data interpretation and problem-solving
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial information and collaborating with stakeholders
