Team Leader – Job Description

• Lead and supervise daily store operations.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance and task allocation.
• Ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper stock handling.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are followed.
• Train and guide new staff.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
