• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and related sales documents.

• Ensure all order details are complete before submission to production.

• Update and maintain sales records and order tracking systems.

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and social media.

• Provide product information, pricing, lead times, and order updates.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Coordinate closely with Design, Production, QC, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Monitor order progress and proactively follow up on pending tasks.

• Keep customers informed of production and delivery status.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales databases.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Organize and archive sales-related documents systematically.

• Track sales performance and order completion rates.

• Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and presentations.

• Follow up on submitted quotations and potential leads.

• Assist in identifying opportunities for repeat orders and upselling.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

WORKING HOURS :

MONDAY - FRIDAY : 9AM - 6PM

SATURDAY : 9AM - 1PM
