Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Staff role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Front Desk Staff is responsible for greeting clients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, managing appointment bookings, coordinating schedules, and responding to client inquiries in a timely and courteous manner. The role also involves handling basic administrative duties such as maintaining client records, processing payments, updating systems, and supporting the clinical team with front-office operations. The Front Desk Staff contributes to a smooth clinic workflow and a positive client experience at all times.
Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing calls, appointments, and front desk operations.
  • Good Computer Literacy, including use of scheduling software, email, and basic office applications.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive client information in a professional manner.
  • Experience in a clinic, spa, or hospitality setting is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for clinic operating hours.
  • Diploma or equivalent education preferred; training in administration, hospitality, or healthcare support is beneficial.
