What your first 90 days look like:

Week 1-2: Structured onboarding, licensing preparation, product and sales training.

Week 3-4: Joint fieldwork with me directly, you observe, learn and debrief after every session.

Month 2-3: Your own cases with full support, clear activity targets and weekly coaching.

You won't be handed a desk and told to figure it out. You'll have a structured playbook, a proven system and direct access to me.
