About TESVILA

TESVILA Pte Ltd is a Singapore engineering company specialising in innovative drainage and plumbing solutions.

Our mission is to improve building drainage performance through engineering innovation, focusing on quieter, smarter and more sustainable drainage systems.

TESVILA is developing Singapore-engineered Silent Branch Technology, designed to improve acoustic performance while remaining compatible with existing drainage systems.

We work closely with architects, consultants, developers and plumbing contractors to introduce innovative drainage solutions into the Singapore construction industry.

Job Responsibilities

You will play a key role in developing the market for TESVILA’s innovative drainage technologies.

Responsibilities include:

* Develop relationships with architects, consultants, developers and contractors.

* Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.

* Promote TESVILA Silent Branch Technology and complete drainage solutions.

* Provide engineering advice and technical support for projects.

* Assist in preparing technical proposals, specifications and tender documents.

* Coordinate product trials and project implementation.

* Collect customer feedback and support continuous product improvement.

* Represent TESVILA at exhibitions, seminars and industry events.

* Support branding activities including LinkedIn, technical articles and product videos.

* Work closely with management on business expansion and overseas market development.

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Services, Environmental Engineering or related field.

* Experience in construction, plumbing, M&E or building products is an advantage.

* Good communication and presentation skills.

* Able to communicate with architects, consultants and contractors.

* Self-motivated and willing to learn.

* Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
