Responsibilities
Must have at least 1 year experience working on food preparation in a commercial/school or training kitchen
Prepare ingredients and food before lessons.
Ensure food is handled and prepared safely.
Maintain cleanliness of utensils, equipment, and food labs.
Manage inventory and stock-taking.
Assist teachers and students during practical lessons.
Ensure students follow safety rules.
Check and file invoices and track ingredient costs.
Carry out other food laboratory duties assigned by teachers or school management.
