PLASTICO SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Assistant Process Engineer in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

• Assist in monitoring, controlling, and improving plastic injection moulding processes to achieve stable production, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist in setting up and optimizing injection moulding parameters, including temperature, pressure, cycle time, and cooling time.
• Troubleshoot moulding defects such as short shot, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, and other process-related issues.
• Support daily production activities and ensure machines operate according to approved process settings.
• Work closely with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Tooling teams to resolve process-related issues.
• Support new mould trials, new material trials, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Monitor and analyze production data such as reject rate, cycle time, downtime, and yield.
• Prepare and update process sheets, SOPs, trial reports, and other relevant process documents.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
