From the first hello to the next, we would like to share Brighthearted Hospitality to create heartfelt moments that brighten Guest’s stay by providing personalized service with smile and learning.

(41 guest rooms, 1 restaurant and 1 bar)
Responsibilities:
To prepare food items for all western menus including but not limited to breakfast.
To prepare food according to Chef's specification and recipes.
To assist in food requisition to ensure sufficient stock but no wastage.
To assist to send for requisitioned items from storeroom and personally double check quantities and quality.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Hospitality industry
Working hours from 05:00 to 14:00
You are required to work 63 hours or more per month
Self-motivated, responsible and interpersonal skills
