Role Summary

Generic AI training is no longer sufficient for modern B2B clients. We are seeking a Lead Corporate Trainer who can bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and the nuanced demands of specific industry verticals. Moving beyond basic tool mechanics, you will deliver contextualized, high-impact training that solves live business problems. This role is crucial for keeping our training programs deeply relevant and ensuring our enterprise clients can successfully integrate AI into their specific operational realities.

Key Responsibilities

• Industry-Centric Curriculum Delivery: Lead B2B training sessions focused on applying AI to specific verticals, shifting the focus from "how to use this tool" to "how to solve this industry-specific problem."
• Live Work Application & Problem Framing: Guide adult learners through complex, real-world case studies. Teach professionals how to rigorously frame business problems before building or applying AI solutions.
• Business Synthesis & Output Interpretation: Train corporate teams to analyze AI-generated outputs, interpret data critically, and translate technical results into actionable business insights.
• Change Management & Resilience Coaching: Help client teams navigate the friction of integrating new technology into legacy workflows, fostering agility when implementations do not go according to plan.
• Cross-Border Facilitation: Support our regional expansion initiatives by delivering high-impact corporate training sessions for key clients in Singapore and across our emerging markets, including Malaysia.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical execution and executive strategy, communicating effectively with both frontline workers and C-suite decision-makers.

Required Qualifications

• Deep Domain Expertise: Significant professional experience in at least one key industry vertical (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Manufacturing) with a strong understanding of its specific operational and regulatory challenges.
• AI Practical Application: Strong proficiency in using Large Language Models, automation tools, and applied AI in a business context. You must be a power user capable of demonstrating real-world enterprise utility.
• Adult Education & Facilitation: Proven track record in B2B corporate training, workshop facilitation, or executive education. Ability to manage classroom dynamics, encourage critical thinking, and pivot based on live learner feedback.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to look at a technical solution and immediately identify whether it solves the right business problem for the client.
• Regional Mobility: Willingness to travel periodically to support cross-border training deployments and regional business development efforts.
• ACLP/ACTA/AIPT: This essential qualification is a must for trainings in the Singapore landscape.
