About the role

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submissions

• Coordinate electrical works with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and other M&E trades

• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and work quality to meet project schedules

• Conduct site inspections and ensure installation complies with relevant standards, specifications, and approved drawings

• Identify and resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and site coordination clashes

• Prepare RFIs, technical reports, inspection requests, and other project documentation

• Coordinate and witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems

• Ensure proper completion of as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documentation

• Provide technical guidance and supervision to site supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors

• Attend site coordination and technical meetings and provide updates on electrical works
