Responsibilities
Logistics Specialist (Class 3) | 5-Day Work Week | Loyang
Location: SIA Supplies Centre, Loyang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Overtime: Required when operationally necessary
Job Responsibilities
Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, loading and unloading of goods.
Carry out deliveries and collections using a company vehicle.
Ensure goods are handled, stored and transported safely and securely.
Maintain accurate inventory, delivery and transaction records.
Assist with asset management and stock checks.
Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies and other warehouse issues promptly.
Comply with workplace safety, security and operational procedures.
Support process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Perform other logistics and warehouse duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum N-Level qualification.
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
At least 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics or delivery experience preferred.
Forklift licence will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving heavy items.
Able to perform overtime when required.
Responsible, safety-conscious and able to work well in a team.
