Join a well-established advanced manufacturing company supporting high-technology industries. We are looking for a hands-on Production Assistant Supervisor to lead daily production activities, ensure smooth operations, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for candidates with production leadership experience who enjoy managing people, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to operational excellence.
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve quality, safety, and delivery targets
Plan and allocate manpower effectively to support production schedules and operational requirements
Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with established work procedures and quality standards
Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other internal teams to support production goals
Support the handling, processing, packaging, and storage of manufacturing materials according to operational requirements
Ensure accurate production records, documentation, and process traceability
Lead and support employee training, cross-training, and skills development initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
Promote and maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards
Support employee engagement, performance management, coaching, and team development
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
Good understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, and shopfloor practices
Familiarity with SAP, MES, or other production systems is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
Comfortable working in both office and production floor settings
Willing to work permanent night shifts
