Job Description
Responsibilities
WORKPLACE SAFETY HEALTH COORDINATOR (Construction)
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and company safety requirements.
Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
Prepare and maintain WSH documentation, reports, and safety records.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
Support safety audits and promote continuous improvement.
Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements
WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH with a valid refresher certificate.
Work at Heights (WAH) Assessor and Risk Management certifications.
Minimum 3 year of construction safety experience.
Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
