Responsibilities
Job Description
Monitor the software development process to ensure design quality and adherence to standards.
Plan QA test plan including coverage of test cases.
Manage and run QA testing and analysis to ensure that the product meets or exceeds specified quality standards and end-user requirements, highlighting defects before release.
Create test cases (min 100+).
Deliver quality service to internal stakeholders and is meticulous in conducting tests to ensure product quality requirements are met.
Anticipate problems in the development process develop.
Articulate innovative and effective solutions to address problems and prevent re-occurrence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to IT or Business.
Possess excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills to navigate multiple challenges.
Proactive and hands on to remove blockers and deliver the project on time.
Strong interpersonal and consultative skill, with the ability to work with a diverse team.
Good problem-solving skills, while applying the right methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
