Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Support SAP solutions for subscription billing, order management, and contract lifecycle processes.
• Work with Agile teams on sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution delivery.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or SAP Business Analyst.
• Experience with SAP, preferably in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Subscription Billing, SAP SD, or SAP BRIM.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, SAP SD, SAP BRIM, or SAP integration experience.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of subscription business models and cloud platforms.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
