Role Description This full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management Technical Consultant role is based in Malaysia in a hybrid arrangement, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The consultant designs, configures, and customizes Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet client business requirements, including sales, customer service, and related processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping business processes to CRM capabilities, developing technical configurations and integrations, and preparing documentation and technical specifications. The role involves collaborating with functional consultants and client stakeholders, performing system testing and troubleshooting, supporting deployments, and providing post-implementation support and guidance. The consultant is expected to stay current with Dynamics 365 platform updates and best practices to continually improve solution quality and performance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Business Process design and optimization.
• Candidates should possess experience in Sales process workflows and CRM-related Consulting engagements.
• Candidates should possess skills in ************* Administration or other CRM administration, with the ability to transfer knowledge to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization (including entities, forms, workflows, and plugins), and basic integration concepts.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work in cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work setting.
• Relevant technical certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related CRM platforms, and a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, are highly beneficial.
