Role Purpose:
Design, build, and maintain AI-driven automation workflows that improve operational efficiency, data intelligence, and decision-making across Accomy's corporate travel platform and internal business functions.
Key Responsibilities
AI Workflow Development
Design and build multi-agent AI workflows to automate research, data processing, and reporting tasks across business functions (e.g., travel booking pattern analysis, vendor/supplier data monitoring, market intelligence)
Integrate LLM tools and APIs into existing internal systems to reduce manual processing time
Process Automation
Identify manual, repetitive processes across HR, finance, operations, or customer servicing functions and design AI/automation solutions to streamline them
Build automated reporting pipelines (e.g., booking trend summaries, cost-saving analysis, compliance monitoring across entities)
Data Intelligence & Research
Develop AI-enabled monitoring systems to track industry trends, competitor movements, travel market data, and pricing signals across HK/SG/MY/China markets
Synthesize findings into structured summaries/dashboards for leadership decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with product, engineering, and business teams to identify automation opportunities within the travel booking platform
Support the design of AI-assisted tools for internal teams (e.g., automated content generation, data structuring, workflow orchestration)
Tool & System Evaluation
Evaluate and recommend AI/automation tools, APIs, and platforms suited to Accomy's multi-entity operational needs
Document workflows and maintain automation systems for scalability across entities
Requirements
Master's/Bachelor's in relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related)
Experience building AI/LLM-based workflows, multi-agent systems, or automated research/reporting pipelines
Strong analytical skills with experience in data structuring, prompt engineering, or API integration
Prior experience in research, financial analysis, or strategic/corporate functions is a plus
