Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing feasibility studies and design proposals
Develop design comprehensively based on established design brief, concept and schematic layout
Diligently review design to ensure compliance to authorities' requirements
Actively consult, liaise and address authorities' concerns to obtain plan approvals
Prepare detailed drawings and documentations meticulously for tender procurement and construction
Coordinate with allied consultants (e.g. C&S, M&E, Surveyor, Landscape, ID) in preparing design and in project implementation
On-site construction supervision
Attend to and resolve technical and construction issues, while enforcing the design intent
Assist Architect in contract administration and project execution
Requirements:
Highly energetic, motivated, proactive, affectionate and very friendly
Good eye for details and competent in codes and statutory requirements
A master of time management
Minimum Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
The Master's Degree in Architecture must be recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA), Singapore.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
Experience in working with HDB a plus advantage
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup
