Responsibilities
Job Summary
Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks including fault handling and replacements. Assist with visual inspections and provide recommendations for general maintenance work during scheduled weekday visits.
Responsibilities
Conduct mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis and perform necessary replacements to maintain equipment functionality
Assist in visual inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
Advise on general maintenance work required based on inspection findings
Complete assigned maintenance visits twice weekly on weekdays from 9am to 6pm
Other Information
Work schedule: 2 visits weekly on weekdays, 9am to 6pm (8 hours per visit)
Condo - Bukit Timah area
Contract duration: 1 year, from 3 Oct 2026 to 2 Oct 2027
