Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Creative Advertising Professional
to support the development of engaging digital content and marketing materials across various platforms. The successful candidate will contribute to content creation, brand communications, and marketing initiatives while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging, original, and SEO-optimised content for blogs, articles, website pages, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Create visually appealing marketing materials using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Design and produce training materials, brochures, presentation decks, posters, flyers, and other promotional assets.
Plan, create, and optimise digital content for multiple online platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance marketing strategies and content quality.
Manage and maintain content calendars for blogs, social media channels, marketing campaigns, and training programmes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and develop suitable creative content.
Review and update existing marketing materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
Monitor content performance using available analytics and recommend improvements to increase audience engagement.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with company branding guidelines and applicable regulations.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, or other creative design software.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
Basic knowledge of social media management platforms and analytics tools.
Experience producing both written and visual marketing content.
