The Role:

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping client journeys, supporting our operations, and driving service excellence from behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Support & Operational Excellence

• Provide responsive and high-quality operational support to clients.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage system configurations, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Identify bugs, limitations, and opportunities for improvement — and collaborate with our product team to enhance features.

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Lead client onboarding from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and support.

Service Delivery & Project Management

• Contribute to projects that improve our service delivery processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Share client feedback and insights to help us grow and refine our offerings.

Data & System Management

• Manage and analyze operational and customer data using Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a strong advantage.
