- Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, paid advertising, lead generation, and budget management.
- Practical experience managing digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
- Strong video-content marketing capabilities, including concept development, scriptwriting, production coordination, and platform-specific content planning.
- Ability to produce complete performance reports covering marketing expenditure, campaign results, ROI, and investment recommendations.
- Good understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, conversion tracking, customer acquisition cost, return on advertising spend, and marketing ROI.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to explain software solutions in clear, customer-friendly language.
- Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Experience working closely with B2B sales teams and supporting lead nurturing or sales-pipeline development.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, landing-page optimization, and conversion-rate optimization.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, videographers, designers, or other creative partners.
- Comfortable appearing in marketing videos or directing others during video production.

- Establish a structured and measurable marketing plan.
- Generate qualified B2B leads that support Pixalink’s sales pipeline.
- Improve advertising efficiency and campaign conversion performance.
- Produce consistent, engaging video and content campaigns.
- Provide management with clear reports on spending, performance, ROI, and recommended investments.
- Strengthen Pixalink’s market positioning among SMEs.
- Build an effective working relationship between marketing, sales, and product teams.
Ideal Candidate
You are both a strategist and an executor. You can develop a marketing plan, launch the campaigns, create the content, review the data, and explain what the company should do next.
- You combine creativity with commercial discipline, understand how to market software to business customers, and take ownership of marketing results—not only activities.
