Key Activities / Accountabilities

• Arrange transport for delivery local and outskirt using own FMX own vehicle and outsource transporter
• Ensure correct products and correct quantity handover from warehouse to drivers
• Arrange collection of return products from customer premise
• POD management - return POD, filling and submission to customer
• Update customers on delivery status
• Attend to complaint from customers on delivery issue - investigate and recommend solution

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in transport, logistics, courier, delivery, or operations coordination.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email communication, and basic reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask.
