Dental Assistant & Receptionist

Job Summary

Join a friendly dental team as a Dental Assistant & Receptionist, supporting clinical treatments and managing reception duties to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and professional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during treatments and procedures to ensure smooth clinical operations
• Prepare and set up treatment rooms, instruments, and materials to maintain readiness for patient care
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilisation standards to ensure patient safety
• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit
• Manage appointments, bookings, and patient enquiries efficiently to optimize scheduling
• Answer phone calls and perform reception duties to support front-desk operations
• Process payments, billing, and perform general administrative tasks accurately
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records for clinical and administrative use
• Collaborate closely with dentists and the wider dental team to support patient care
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for every patient

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in dental assisting and/or dental reception preferred
