Company Description:

Azimuth Energy Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian Oil & Gas engineering company providing engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning services for electrical, instrumentation and measurement projects.

Key responsibilities:

* Assist in sourcing suppliers & obtaining quotations

* Prepare PR & Purchase Orders (PO)

* Follow up with suppliers on quotations & delivery schedules

* Coordinate deliveries & shipments

* Monitor inventory and update stock records

* Manage delivery documentation (DO, Invoice & Packing List, etc.)

* Liaise with suppliers, transporters, Finance & project teams

Requirements:

* Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related field

* Fresh graduates or 1–2 years’ experience are welcome

* Good communication & coordination skills

* Organized and detail-oriented

* Able to multitask and meet deadlines

* Willing to support operational/site/warehouse activities when required
