We're Looking For

FICO Falcon Platform Experts

Falcon 6.x to 7.x Upgrade & Migration Experience

Installation, Configuration & Deployment Specialists

Banking & Fraud Management Domain Experience

Linux/Unix, Oracle, SQL Server & Tomcat Expertise

Strong Troubleshooting, Performance Tuning & Support Skills

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Falcon platform installations, upgrades, and deployments across Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments

Drive Falcon 6.x to 7.x migrations with minimal downtime

Configure application servers, databases, and integrations end-to-end

Work closely with Business, Development, Infrastructure, and Support teams

Troubleshoot critical production issues and ensure platform stability

Contribute to deployment automation, documentation, and operational excellence

Bonus Points

Experience in Retail Banking or Fraud Detection platforms

Cloud deployment experience

Scripting and automation skills
