1. Outlet Operations

• Monitor and support the daily operations of all outlets.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and ensure operational procedures and SOPs are properly followed.
• Follow up on outlet issues and coordinate with outlet managers to resolve them.
• Ensure outlets maintain proper standards in terms of cleanliness, service, and daily operations.

2. Supplier Coordination

• Source and communicate with suppliers for operational requirements.
• Request and compare supplier quotations.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, product availability, and supplier-related issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve pricing, quality, delivery, and other operational matters.

3. Maintenance & Repair

• Coordinate repair and maintenance works for outlets.
• Source and liaise with technicians and contractors when required.
• Follow up on repair progress and ensure issues are resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
• Maintain records of maintenance requests, quotations, and related expenses.

4. Mall Management

• Liaise with mall management on day-to-day operational matters.
• Follow up on mall notices, requirements, maintenance matters, events, and other operational arrangements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with mall requirements.
• Escalate major issues or important matters to the management team when necessary.

5. Foreign Worker Management

• Assist in coordinating foreign worker-related matters, including documentation, permits, and manpower requirements.
• Liaise with relevant agencies regarding foreign worker applications and related matters.
• Monitor foreign worker arrangements and assist with day-to-day workforce issues.
• Maintain proper records of foreign workers and related documents.
• Provide support to management in matters relating to foreign worker quota and manpower planning.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, retail, F&B, or a related industry is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with suppliers, mall management, contractors, and outlet teams.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on matters efficiently.
• Able to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle day-to-day operational issues.
• Willing to travel between outlets when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment and handle operational matters professionally.
