Job Description
Actively engage walk-in customers to showcase and demonstrate products
Provide accurate product information, recommend suitable products, and offer post-sale customer support
Understand customer needs and increase conversion rates through tailored recommendations
Answer customers’ questions in a pleasant and professional manner
Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing product displays
Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level education
1–2 years of relevant experience in retail, sales promotion, or selling consumer electronics preferred
Strong communication skills
Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Able to work under pressure and resolve customer concerns professionally
Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
